RETURNED MERCHANDISE:

The return of new saleable merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking charge. Custom-made or special items may not be returned or cancelled unless cancellation precedes the material being "in process of manufacture". No return will be accepted if the item is no longer listed in the current Clemons catalog or if the dealer purchased the item more than one (1) year prior to the return. Cancellation of standard items may be honored only if request is received prior to shipment. Requests for returns must refer to original invoice number and date of purchase. Merchandise returned for credit must be shipped prepaid.
